At Move we understand what your property means to you. We provide friendly and helpful advice from the moment you contact us regarding letting your property. We can manage everything regarding your rental including all of the administration, legal formalities and even full property maintenance and problem rent arrears. We manage your property on an ongoing basis ensuring the property is maintained as if you lived there yourself. We take full deposits and conduct regular detailed inspections. We ensure your rent is collected every month on time and are proud in our record of minimising any void periods. We often ensure your property is re-let before it becomes vacant!

We were initially shown around the property by Izzy at Cheltenham move which was a fantastic experience and we absolutely fell in love with the house. Ellie Ferris has been our lettings manager since we put in our application and has looked after us so well, we couldn’t recommend her or Move enough. Everything has been super easy and she’s put my mind at ease as we progressed through each step of the process. Thank you so much ladies, it has meant the world to me and my family and we are so excited for our future here thanks to you guys!
Georgia at Move has been fantastic. Husband and I are in the very early stages of moving and Georgia has been at our beck and call for all of our questions and queries and has already put us in contact with some of Moves trusted solicitors and lenders to take the pressure off. We viewed a few properties with other estate agents that weren’t awful, however Zac at Move who showed us around a property really engaged with the both of us and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also seemed excited for us which was nice. We’d say the same about Georgia too so we can only assume the rest of the Move team are just as helpful and friendly. Definitely give these guys a call if you’re in the market for a new home! :
I reached out to Move to help with a rental property and have been working with Ellie Ferris who has been fantastic throughout the whole process. She is very knowledgable and approachable. I have been updated regularly without fail, would highly recommend Ellie and the team at Move.
Izzy showed us around a rental which was nice but not for us. She asked a number of questions and then suggested that we view another flat which we hadn't considered. I’m at the early stages of letting my house out and as a new landlord, Ellie couldn’t have made it easier. She had so much useful information straight from our first meeting and has been on hand to answer any of my questions!! She is friendly and made the time to get to know us! Would recommend!!!
I rang lettings to ask about a flat in Cheltenham. It was under offer and the sales girl just left it at that. Didn't ask my name, details, budget, other ideas.... If I was looking to use them to.rent out my property I would be asking how proactive they are when they don't do the sales basics right.
Move Estate Agents and Lettings Cheltenham have so far been excellent. We've mainly dealt with Georgia who is professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the property, she has also been really accommodating with arranging additional viewings of the property we're purchasing. She replies really quickly to questions and is proactive at chasing documents etc.
