We have used C J Hole as letting agents for at least the past 10 years.  Either Claire, Danielle or Ami are available to sort any issues arising and we know that our properties are in safe hands with them.  The team is consistent and we have built up a good relationship with them during these years. More recently we took the plunge and sold our own house.  Naturally we chose CJ Hole as our selling agent.  Tim and Emma supported us through the process and we are delighted to now be in our new home.  Would recommend - buying, selling or letting.

We recently used CJ Hole to sell our property when we found our dream home and had to move quickly to get ours on the market to be able to proceed.  Tim was really helpful and we managed to get our house on the market quickly and with minimal fuss.  The sale process itself was relatively straightforward and the team at CJ Hole kept us informed throughout.  We are not planning to move again but would not hesitate in recommending CJ Hole to anyone that is looking to sell.

So very glad we used Tim and the team at CJ Hole to sell the house.  He was extremely professional all the way through. He immediately saw the potential of the property, his valuation was spot-on, he knew exactly the sort of buyer it would appeal to. In what was a very protracted selling process due to circumstances out of their control Tim and his team showed great resilience in completing the sale. Communication was always excellent and the various parties involved were contacted regularly and any glitches were dealt with professionally.
