I had registered some interest in other local estate agents and the property centre was the last one I went to. Not because it was last on my list, because I felt I didn’t need to go anywhere else. I was greeted by Tom who spent some time not only asking the questions they all do, but actually listening to the answers. After a short while, it was was evident he simply understood what I was looking for. He quickly identified a property and arranged a viewing. Tom met us at the property, promptly and with enthusiasm. Whilst he walked around the property with us he gave is enough space to explore, discuss and ask questions. This approach gave us scope to make a quicker decision as to our next steps. Tom was completely approachable, understanding and knowledgeable. Prior to meeting Tom I was not planning on using an estate agent at all to sell my property. However after meeting him, I was so impressed with him I’ve asked for him to assist with the sale of my property. I would absolutely recommend using Tom to others. He’s a credit to his team.
Fantastic support from the team in purchasing my home. Casi was great at the viewing, offering advice and giving me plenty of time. I dealt with Tom W for my application but also spoke with other members of the team and all communication was informative and prompt. The star for me has been Tom Philp who went over and above to help my application be successful. It feels like the whole team was rooting for me throughout and its been an extremely pleasant and friendly experience. Great work
Last month I purchased a property through The Property Centre Longlevens. I am moving from out of the area to be nearer to work in Gloucester & my friends who live locally & have seen several properties over the months with various agents. Tom met me at the house on both occasions & was fantastic, very personable unlike most agents he even noticed I'd had my hair done the 2nd time! He happily answered my questions, took an interest in my plans & offered local advice. He allowed us plenty of time to wander around the house at our own pace without any pressure. I decided this was the property for me, both Tom & Emma were very professional during the negotiations never being pushy but keeping me informed & I'm so pleased to say that my offer was accepted! I am beyond excited & cannot wait to move into my new home - thank you
Service from Emma from the Property Centre and all the other staff was brilliant from start to finish, they were very proactive & kept me in the loop in the process of selling my house, & I came out with a really good outcome that I was happy with. Professional service with communication via mainly email which was easier for me, however there was always someone avaliable if I phoned too. The process was made very easy. Thank you all!
As a buyer, my experience of using this estate agent has been very good. We found a lovely balance of professionalism and friendliness from the staff, and the high tech online details with 360 degree viewing helped us to know what to expect when we viewed the property that is now set to be our new home. Having dealt with this branch 7 years ago and being impressed , I returned for a similar transaction. Greeted by Emma , I was impressed from the outset. Getting the right degree of professionalism and human interaction can sometimes be a difficult area to navigate but Emma is such a natural mix of the two that it made everything simple and actually an enjoyable experience! I originally bought the house with Longlevens, so chose to sell it with them as they were helpful the first time - Emma and the team at Longlevens did really well helping me to sell the house. Allison kept me updated afterwards, any questions I had they were quick to respond and helped a lot.
Fabulous from viewing to completing. At viewing it was the first time we felt taken seriously as young first time buyers. Allison who helped from offer accepted to completing was amazing - we honestly can't thank her enough. She chased and chased and got things through for us... Even researching and contacting line managers to get things done. Thank you so much!
