I am writing this review because I feel that this method is the most appropriate to thank a person, Shannon Smith, whom I only met once, but who made the impossible come true for me. Shannon Smith, even though I didn't know her, I realized through everything that was done, that she is an extraordinary agent, very focused on her job, insists in solving situations and goes out of her way to answer clients even when she is in her free time. In my opinion, this means perfection in the profession and human kindness rarely found today. For Shannon, I only have respect and gratitude for the manner, speed and professionalism she demonstrates.
We had a really positive experience of buying a property through Andrews in Brockworth. Rebecca Crosby was in charge of the property sale and was excellent throughout the entire process. She was easily contactable and was very good at communicating with us and the sellers to help speed up the purchase. We can’t speak highly enough of her and the support she offered us; we would definitely recommend her and Andrews to anyone looking to buy.
From start to finish Dan , Rebecca and Josh have been absolutely brilliant. We were kept up to date with any developments , informed of any changes and supported us through the sale of the property when we were having mild melt downs. Their professionalism is second to none and I would highly recommend using Andrews to sell another property again for us if need be.
Sarah Robinson is extremely professional and passionate in managing my property. Nothing is too much trouble for Sarah and as a landlord a good letting agent is only as good as its people and a good property manager makes the ongoing management of the letting so much smoother. I rest assure knowing that Sarah is working in my best interest, managing the tenant and the maintenance. Keep up the good work. Thanks
