We didn't have the smoothest sale but not through any fault of the property centre. We lost our first buyer and then things stalled for a bit until we found a new one. Our agent, Stephanie, was brilliant. She asked lots of questions, got good feedback for us and did all she could to help us sell. Once we had our sale, things did slow again due to some communication down chain but we were kept up to date and informed when things moved forward.
It was my pleasure to know Ocoee. She went beyond what I would have expected, helped both the vendor side and my side to monitor the progress. The fact is she helped oversee the sale so that we could complete the sales within short period of time. Other agents from the property centre were very helpful too. Brilliant service - professional and friendly.
I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the property centre. I had a bad experience with another estate agents when I first began the process of selling my house but once I joined up with The Property Centre, the struggles and stress went away! Steph and the Abbeymead team have been fantastic!! Steph listened to what I wanted and worked with me as well as helping every step of the way. She tried to deal with as much as possible so I didn’t have to deal with the stress of selling the house and she honestly made the process 1000% easier! I spoke to Sharea on multiple occasions when my buyers had queries and she was not only helpful but a great communicator between the two sides.Thank you all so much for everything!!
Massive thank you to Stephanie Kehoe and Ocoee Hague for all their knowledge, compassion and help on our purchase. We had a long nearly 3 years of trying to purchase our family home and used several agents along the way. The ladies at the Property Centre stood out by far as being the most professional, helpful and clear in the whole process. Honestly thank you for all of your help, we have settled in well and are very happy!
My initial dealings with the property centre were with John from the Abbeymead office who subsequently left to work elsewhere before returning to work at a different branch a short time later. The initial process of putting my property on the market went smoothly and was easy. A open house was arranged and within a week of putting the property on the market I had received a number of offers of which i accepted one. The process was then handed over to the sales progression team in Quedgley. This is where some issues arose. There was no communication from the for some time and when i chased them up they hadn't started any work on progressing the sale. Shortly after this my original buyer pulled out of the purchase. This is where the service improved again and Steph from the Abbeymead office stepped in and took control of the sale and within a day the property sold again. Rather than passing it back to the sales progression team she kept control of it and the sale was completed in 6 weeks.
Purchasing through the property centre could not have been easier. Ocoee kept us updated with everything throughout the process and kept in contact with our solicitors. Sharea was really helpful in showing us around the property again and helping us to sort out some finer details with the sellers.
Really impressed with The Property Centre, not only in the original valuation, viewings and sale but more recently with the constant work their sales progression team namely Ocoee Hague has put in to finally get the sale and purchase to completion. I am sure that without her hard work and persistence we would not have exchanged or completed when we needed to.
Buying/ selling a property is stressful, confusing and at times overwhelming. The property centre abbeymead was helpful each step of the way. When things did not appear to be going as planned, they were responsive, efficient and professional. Second time using the property centre and would not hesitate to use them again. Steph Kehoe and John Williams were two I had the most contact with and were second to none with the knowledge and support, thank you
Highly recommend Ocoee who started the process with us, she was super friendly and would help answer my questions which we had a lot of as first time buyers! Steph then took over when Ocoee moved roles. Steph was brilliant, she kept us informed throughout the process, she was super friendly, great communication and overall Steph went above and beyond! Would highly recommend
Really impressed with the team at the Abbeymead Office. We worked mainly with Steph who valued our property, Craig who carried out the photography and marketing and also with John. We were very impressed with all of these guys professional approach and knowledge of the Industry. The great thing about the Property Centre is their friendly nature, their reliability and their clear explanations of the process. I would thoroughly recommend!
