Really good customer service from the guy, in the blue vest, on the platform today didn’t get his name but he had dreads. Helped me and another family both panicking really well. Had a super stressful morning and we couldn’t get our tickets but he definitely helped calm us all down in chaos and made sure we got the train we needed : much appreciated

I use that Station a lot and I have nothing but praise for the staff. They do a fantastic job.

A great place to catch a train if you are in Winchester and need to catch a train. Pleasantly surprised by the number of trains at this train station.

Fails at its main tasks: clearly and easily telling people which train is arriving, when and where; then allowing them easily to board.  The display boards are small and not obvious at the main entrance, they only show destinations not the stations on the way.  The route between platforms for people with luggage / walking difficulties etc isn’t clearly marked.

Congratulations and many thanks to the very kind people manning the gates today 21 st June at Winchester station. These workers were kind and attentive with a group of pensioners and a disabled person. Credit must be given where credit is due, Thank you.
