Always visited Winchester branch when shopping.....good food, lovely old building and surroundings but new policy.......paper cups in the restaurant? Just as well go to McDonald's! What are they thinking?

If you like pasties or a variety of filled rolls the food is fine. Staff always good and give good service. Have only used them around breakfast time, other types of food are available in addition to that already mentioned during the day

They have stopped providing coffee in proper cups. So you are forced into buying single use plastic. A decision which seems utterly at odds with common sense or social responsibility. I will not come here again.

The food here is really good and the upstairs seating has a nice charm to it. The staff are all very friendly and helpful too. When I last went, the knives and forks were only the plastic disposable ones, but that's not big of a deal.

First things first, I'm Cornish and I have plenty of pasty experience. Very average pasties. Americano coffee so milky it tasted like horlicks! Also, please tell the "entertainer" outside to move on!
