Visited Oct 2025. Went as photo of charges showed flat £2 rate all day on Sunday. That's no longer the case. 1 hour was £1.90. A pity that this has been done as I would have definitely come back to Winchester more frequently but don't feel inclined with all parking charges being so steep.

Decent enough carpark- parked here when going for an evening meal in town. Cost was only £2. Paid via Ringo app which is very easy to use and means I don’t have to struggle with payment machines. Bit poorly lit though - seemed v dark when returning to car.

Handy car park for a flat walk into the city centre . It's also close to the River Park sports pitches and riverside walks.

This car park worked well for us as visiting Winchester as day trippers from London. A short walk 5mins  into town and spaces big enough for a large car. Only suitable for up to 4hrs parking though, as cost becomes excessive beyond that.

Good location for Winchester shops as long as you are ok for a 10 min walk. It's a fairly small car park so may not be possible to park there on busy days. You can use Ringo. Fees payable 7 days a week.
