My chicken was very juicy and tender I loved the passion and originality the chef applied to his dishes. I would recommend to the world, 12/10 stars, I know what I want for Christmas. The fried potatoes were pure perfection soft inside but still crispy enough to hold their shape. I don't understand why this place doesn't have a Micheline star or two or three. My overall dining experience was unbeatable, the staff were extraordinarily helpful, with only two things in there mind; Hygiene and Chicken. They were very knowledgeable about the high quality product they were producing.

No chicken for 10 minutes. Then when it arrives I get chicken 2 legs. Surely you can do better than that?

Best KFC that you can find in Hampshire staff is nice and the chicken was fresh also the guy on the till stefan was really happy and excited to be there. Would recommend

Still suffering from shortages. Unbelievable in this day and age that they can't organise better arrangements. It doesn't help if the staff are completely intransigent and unwilling to help customers.

Absolute disgraceful service, arguing with each other in front of customers. Manager ignoring the problem and not sorting things out. Yesterday: No Crushems No gravy Today: No popcorn chicken and though it was acceptable to chuck another fries in. Asked for an extra chicken but that isn’t allowed yet I’ll still have to pay full price for 2/3’s of a meal. Absolutely raging. All need the sack!
