I had initially rated this as 4 stars but have now revised this in light of a £60 parking penalty I received for being 20 minutes over their allotted 4.5 hour parking time. I acknowledge that I have a responsibility to be aware of parking time limits but that said as this is a large retail park with restaurants I had assumed there would be an element of allowing people the time they needed tho both shop and have some food. In these times of austerity you would think people would be encourage to support return patronage not penalised for wanting to spend money in the facilities offered.

Had most of what you'd expect from an out of town retail park. Parking is free but limited time kept by cameras logging your vehicle on/off the complex. A decent food area layout, central to the shops & there's a gym lobster here also. Petrol station on the way in/out. Looks like a few different bus routes come here too.

Good selection of stores ranging from the big Tesco supermarket which is always well stocked and served by helpful friendly staff. It serves as a great community hub with cafes, take aways, a harvester a gym and a range of other facilities such as a dentist and doctors. What ever the needs, the large majority of them can be supplied here.

Good range of shops and places to eat or have a coffee. I like the fresh fruit and vegetable market stalls in the square.
