It's been a long time since I last went to this shopping centre and it has changed considerably. It looks pretty run down with too many bookmakers and pawn shops. There seems to be some regeneration happening but more needs to happen soon.
Kings Chase having a lovely upgrade currently. External stores now have tidy weather beating huts. Nice new raised flower bed surrounds and splendid new seating in the form of brand new benches. All pending main street being pedestrianised however car park charges coming...
Nice underground car park taking you right in. Very clean toilets. Ideal to get some essentials boots, sainsburys, b&m and a bit of lunch in the cafe. Not much else in the way of clothing etc.
I must be in Kings, chase shopping centre several times a week. It’s very clean and has the usual crowd. Great selection of shops. Only today. It was announced that the Wilco store which is now closed is going to become a B&M. Here is a sneaky photo. I managed to take from one of the upper windows.
Nice cosy market with fresh vegetables and fruits, Boots, big Sainsbury's, Holland Barrett, post office, B&S, coffee shop with bakery, opticians, lceland and some other small shops around so actually everything you need you can get there. Also fish market, Servers and more...
