If I could give no stars I would! My two year was squeaking the toys...a jevenille delinquent who was serving shouted across "oooohhh....Can you get home to stop squeaking the toys please?" I asked why she said "because I've got a headache".....will never shop here ever again....pumped up teens on a power trip!

Friendly staff and good selection of products. You get the overall feedback from the staff and the products you would expect from pets at home.

Friendly pet store. And supporters of Bristol DAWG! Be sure to pick up an extra tin of food or drop some change in the charity collection to help the work of this great rescue charity.

While this shop is large they did not stock 2 of the 3 items we came for. The staff were helpful, but in both cases said the items were now only available in the web site
