It’s just like any other Mall but with a range of good shops etc and eating places. My wife wanted to come here especially.nnUpdated : For EV chargers head to Car park A next to John Lewis on the ground floor. It’s covered, there are Tesla Public fast chargers and destination chargers at reasonable prices. Excellent.
Extensive out of town shopper’s paradise. OK, well that may be a bit of an exaggeration but you should be able to find pretty much anything you want at this complex and lots of things you never knew you wanted!. All the usual mix of brands from high street to luxury. Thousands of parking spaces but it can get very busy at peak times eg weekends, however try visiting later such as after 6pm for an altogether more relaxed experience. Plenty of food choices and boost bar to keep fuelled up.
How disappointed I felt. I have been coming to the Mall for years, love so much about it free parking, great variety of quality shops. I arrived at 9. am need to visit the toilet but both toilets down stairs were closed due to cleaning which I understand but feel does both toilets down stairs need to be closed at the same time? If the Mall opens at 9 then all the facilities should be open. I feel this is part of a quality service to their clients.
A good out of town shopping centre with lots of shops from John Lewis to Marks and Spencer with many food outlets. It gets very busy before Christmas but there are usually plenty of parking spaces. There is currently a Mog trail which will delight all those who are young at heart. There is a bus station at one end of the first floor and nearby toilets. Disabled access is good with lifts and level access into shops.
