I ordered and paid for my item online to make sure I could collect my items quickly. I was in the so called "fast track" queue and there was 1 member of staff serving. He dealt with everyone in the other queue first and then came to me. I might as well have just ordered and paid in store rather than online. If the service isn't available due to shortage of staff (which is what the employee told me) then it shouldn't be advertised online

It's like a shop inside another shop! How weird is that? Anyhow, they have lots of reasonably priced stuff that you can buy... But, be warned there are no little pencils or pens and laminated books of dreams - merely iPads bolted to desks 😔

Really convenient location and easy to combine with getting the rest of your shopping done. Plenty of deals from time to time but otherwise reasonable prices.
