I have visited this store on numerous occasions whilst working for a visually impaired lady. The staff have been amazingly empathetic and have always directed their conversation to this lady rather than to myself as often happens when we go shopping. As well as being very knowledgeable about their stock they have taken the time to allow her to feel how things work before buying. Patient , empathetic and informative 10 out of 10 for customer service and making the store truly accessible.
Brought my son a bike for xmas that broke 6 months later staff went above and beyond to resolve the issue, finding my receipt on system and replacing the bike for a different version. They could not apologise enough and I am thankful for their help and support especially the manager at Crayford as well as online support.
The place has a lot to offer. They sell toys, prams, cots, video games and bikes.nThe store is huge and has two floors. The staff are helpful and give a good advice.nThe prices are sometimes a pound or two expensive than competitors.nVery few items on sale.
Very goos shop! Huge variaty of toys, good prices. Will come again.
