Great shop and amazing staff :) always happy to see some great bits and always friendly and helpful staff Have been a customer for atleast 15 years and will always shop here! With the refurbishment it really does looks like a boutique now with some amazing quality donations!

I initially interviewed for the role of manager, during my interview the recruiter which was the area manager told me on the spot that I didn't get the job due to lack of fashion experience? Ok well my cv was very clear so basically a wasted day. He then told me I would be considered for the role of assistant manger when jobs come up, so I waited for about 3 weeks and saw jobs come up on the website and had to reapply myself as I didn't hear anything back. The story ends with another interview for assistant manager as confirmed by HR with the new manager and but when I arrive its actually a temp sales assistant role. I feel like this company just wasted my time and acted in a very poor unprofessional way. I wouldn't work here or shop anymore id consider some of the other charity's. Very poorly run place and company, wasted 2 days interviewing with them. Also from a shoppers view the place is messy and looks awful and over priced.

Been trying to contact the furniture collection service for 4 days, left my contact details 4 days ago, have phoned on numerous occasion with no response, appalling service!!
