Absolute incompetence. We gave instructions for a valuation report for a commercial property in Leicester. Instructions given 6th Feb 2023 and report promised by end of month. Director, Rahul Saini came down to site on 14th Feb. On 28th Feb when final report was meant to be delivered!!, Rahul asks to come down again to take measurements he should have taken at first visit. Then promised report by 6th March. still nothing. so we complained and CC'd his boss. Rahul then says he won't do the report. We have lost over a month of valuable time due to this gross incompetence. We will pursue formal complaint through RICS.
Used to be a name in Leicester many years back. Now run by people with ZERO communication and negotiation skills.
Called to enquire about a property twice. Got no returned call or any information emailed as promised. Shocking.
