We travelled 140 miles for a viewing only to find out the property was sold. The estate agent failed to notify us. There are plenty of other estate agents who can get the basics right.

Worst ever!. Will try to tell you they can 100% sell within two weeks. Once you sign on the dotted line and they fail to keep their promises manager will lie and threaten to sue so you cannot sign elsewhere. Be aware!.

Recently used William H Brown in Braintree for the sale of our house, would 100% recommend them to anyone, due to issues completely out of ours and their control, 2 sales fell through, each time they found another buyer within 24hrs. Everyone we dealt with were lovely and super efficient, will defiantly use them again should we ever move.

We used William H Browne in Braintree to buy our new family home in Great Leigh's. We dealt with Liam Wilson and his assistance and expertise were incredible throughout the entire purchasing process. Our chain was particularly difficult with complications in selling (through a rival estate agent) but despite this, Liam's willingness to go that extra mile ensured we got the home we needed for our growing family, and the stress of purchasing with kept to a minimum. We would recommend this company to anyone, and specifically Liam.
