We dealt with Caroline on our house purchase and was very impressed with her professionalism and prompt communication with what ever was happening along the time of purchase. Couldn’t have asked for more, especially with the sale completing whilst away, she made it easy for parents to pick the keys up on our behalf. Thanks again.
My family have recently sold a house through Connells and although the buyer has been difficult, Connells have always been helpful and professional throughout. The staff we have dealt with have all been very friendly and personable and we would highly recommend.

Myself and my partner have had a great experience buying our first home through Connells. We viewed the property twice, once with Lewis and once with Ellis and both were very helpful. We have also had a lot of contact with Christine throughout the process who has been great and has chased up solicitors for us and kept us updated. I would also recommend Roland Ganynor for mortgage services as he very quickly helped us secure a mortgage. Overall we are very happy with the service received from all members of the team.
Having only purchased a property I was totally unaware of the sales process, but from start to finish the staff at Connells Billericay helped and guided me through, despite some challenges. I can honestly say hands down the best customer service I've experienced, friendly, polite, honest staff, nothing was ever too much and they all went out of their way to help. Amazing! Moving from our property for the first time in 37 years could have been a fraught experience, but thanks to all the team at Connells of Billericay, the whole process has been managed smoothly and quickly in just a few months. Christine and Lewis have been a great help in that process, keeping us informed, offering sound advice and constructive assistance throughout. The property was marketed and managed very effectively. This has been greatly appreciated, so many thanks to them and their colleagues.
I do not work for Connells and can only present my experience with the company to date. They are very professional, responsive and enthusiastic! They've helped both my parents and sister with great outcomes for both! They have also been instrumental in our house sale- I've left 1 star off as we haven't yet completed! Once the process is finalised I'll return to give them their well deserved full 5 stars! I wonder if the person who left that negative review is a competitor? I would recommend them as one of the top tier estate agents in Billericay.
