From the outset Tamara was professional and enthusiastic. It is because of her that the sale went through, she was tireless in striving to get the best price for me as well as chasing other estate agents and solicitors. When she was not available Ellie stepped very ably into the fray. It was obvious that they knew my house and talked regularly about it. I cannot recommend Martin and Co highly enough. Absolutely fantastic, leaving other estate agents in their wake and showing them how it should be done!

We had the best experience selling with Tamara from Martin & Co. and we are extremely happy with the price achieved for my grandfather's house. Tamara was fully supportive and understanding throughout, keeping us updated on any progress and working directly with our solicitor to get the sale completed quickly. Martin & Co at Bury St Edmunds provided a first rate service to us, when we bought a property through them to move up from London recently. The move was quite drawn out due to us losing our first buyer. But throughout,Tamara was pragmatic, professional and supportive. In mediating effectively between ourselves, the vendor and our solicitor, I have no doubt she was the difference between the transaction falling through or succeeding. Efficient and friendly support from Eleanor too. We're very grateful to the team there and would strongly recommend them.
