Many Thanks to David Lee Letting Agents for an excellent, professional service for my first Letting flat experience. My negotiator James Rawlinson was professional, friendly, helpful, supportive and efficient at all times. Liz Felgate Letting administrator was also helpful in giving good advice, supportive and proactive to respond quickly to any concerns that developed during the transaction.

We are just about to complete on the purchase of our first house in Bishop Stortford, we used an estate agent to sell our property local to us and the communication from David Lee was more professional and relevant than the agent local to us dealing with our sale. Max and Chris kept us updated with progress but did not hound us like other estate agents - buying and selling a house is the most stressful thing a person can do so I appreciated not being stalked by agents! We were extremely lucky with our purchase as David Lee contacted us before the house went up for sale, knowing that we had soled our house with nothing in the pipeline so a benefit for us as well as them. Max the agent was kind and professional and definitely understood how much we wanted the house. During the legalities Chris kept us informed and did not cause any issues with the communication we had directly with the homeowner, I also understand that David Lee has been very helpful to the homeowner who is an elderly lady finding the process stressful. Good solid service and no stalking - thanks!

I was dealing with Megan Izod for both the viewings I arranged with David Lee. As it turned out I have found a property with another agency but this is no reflection on David Lee or on Meg whatsoever. She was entirely friendly and approachable, knowledgeable about the area and the properties, prepared, prompt with timings (in fact I was an hour early for one viewing and she managed to get to me half an hour early too, so I didn't have too long a wait!). She was very quick to respond to emails, always friendly and always professional. She has gone out of her way to provide me with bits of local information despite my purchase going through another agency in the end. A pleasure to deal with.
