Have at last completed the sale of our property after a difficult time with our linked purchase which caused a prolonged deal of several months. During this entire period Country Property staff were always on hand to help in any way possible and to smooth the process for us. Superb estate agent - helpful and supportive. Got us onto the market quickly, and we sold within a week. When our purchase fell through, they managed the chain below us, and we were able to find a new house to buy without the chain collapsing. Always friendly and professional - could not recommend them more highly.

I would not hesitate in recommending the team at Country Properties in Royston. Tracey, Robert and Kirsty are all highly professional and went out of their way to be helpful and supportive. Tracey was straightforward with advice, always responded quickly to my enquiries and really put in the hours! I agree with what another reviewer said: Robert made sure he knew what was happening in the chain, which helped secure things remarkably quickly. The Country Properties team are friendly and efficient, but above all, their communication is excellent and this is so important.
