Tried to rent a property from them. They consistently failed to return any calls. Beyond poor. Well spoken but utterly clueless, nice but dim. Totally unprofessional, if your property is listed with this agent I suggest you change agent.

Terrible letting agents. House was filthy when we moved in; amended inventory agreed, pictures five years old sent to Dispute Resolution to argue 'professional' cleaning beforehand. Rat carcase found within a week moving in, told our problem. Raw sewage told to clean ourselves, non working, leaking shower for 8 months - begged for months to get it resolved, I paid hundreds in water charges; took weeks to get a 20 year old boiler fixed; black mould that caused asthma, told our responsibility but windows couldn't open as unsafe for toddler. Lived in NYC, all over Ireland and UK, never dealt with such an incompetent bunch of idiots who took ages to do anything. They threatened to ruin my credit, if I didn't pay extra month after our contract ended - moved into another property with absolutely no problems. Beware! I paid everything on time, repainted the property when I moved in and left with one cupboard with some rubbish, and four nails and they asked for/lied about hundreds from the deposit - I accepted a compromise of £125. Scum. ps. Happy to provide evidence. Claim being filed with Property Ombudsman even though agents delayed as much as possible to return deposit. At least my 4 year old child is safe now.

Shocking service no customer service skills. I would strongly suggested not using.

Was very happy with the service provided by Suzannah managed to sell our home for the price we was wanting. Thanks for everything
