We are an estate agency based in Gravesend in North West Kent specialising in Residential Sales and Lettings, Commercial Sales and Lettings and Residential and Commercial Property Management.

Established since 1993 we are an independent, multi-awarding wining agent located in Gravesend in North West Kent. We cover residential property situated in Kent and South London.

We are a friendly, National Federation of Property Professionals qualified, hard-working team with a wealth of local and up to date market knowledge and we endeavour to provide our clients with a highly professional service.

I've been very happy with the really good service from Sealeys.  They were efficient, very quick to get the property on the market, very professional in their approach but very easy to deal with - friendly and approachable.  My dealings were mostly with Debbie and Diane who were both great!  I would have no hesitation in recommending Sealeys to others.

Do not waste your time going anywhere else!

I was referred to the team at Sealey's by a friend of mine.  From the initial email exchange, to helping me sell and buy a property, they have been exceptional.

It's worth mentioning that the lister for my property, Diane, was fantastic.  A real person who took the time to get to know what was important to me, some great advice on what I should do to make sure my property sells and great knowledge of the local market.

An added bonus that I was able to also find my dream house with Diane giving me good advice on things to consider.

Dealing with Shirley (who manages viewings) and Debbie (who manages offers/contracts etc) have also been a pleasure to liaise with.  They are prompt in replying to emails and always available for queries no matter how random.

Michael the owner of Sealeys, has built a superb team (and he happens to be a really nice guy as well).

When finding my new rented house I have had nothing but outstanding help and support from all the team in Sealys but one in particular and his name is Adam he has gone above and beyond to do whatever he can to help me in everyway possible to make my life easier and it was very much appreciated so if your looking for a new home they are the people to go with they are all so kind and friendly and will go out of there way to help you
