I can see why they've been rated to badly, not helpful at all.  Tried to arrange a viewing at their open house (bearing in mind, I only take 10-15 minutes to have a quick look round) and they are "booked" up this Saturday (28th Oct).  They said they could get me in to view the Saturday after (4th Nov) which I declined as I don't live near to where I am viewing. 
 Pretty annoyed considering I am looking at another property a street away.  They could have at least tried to squeeze me in, I wouldn't have been long to have a quick look!  The fact I said I was in the area of their property, you'd think they'd try to be somewhat accommodating.

Put an offer in on a property and 3 days later still no response. Have rang the office 5 times now unable to get an answer if its been accepted or not, the person is either in a meeting, on the phone or unavailable.  Rubbish service and the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Do not waste your time with them.

Business centre staff are friendly, polite and professional. 

NB: I can't speak for "Waterman House Estates" (The estate agents) as I haven't had any dealings with them.

I stopped looking at properties over 2 years ago.  I'm glad I didn't buy through them as they apparently don't understand confidentiality. Not only can I not remove myself from their mailing list but they contact me insisting I've arranged viewings, which I most definitely haven't.  They may have gotten my details mixed up with someone else, which begs the question of what information they have shared about me, or other people.

Tried on numerous occasions to speak to their letting dept/person but no one is ever available. Total waste of time trying so have given up. Don't bother trying here unless you have time to kill.
