Sally helped me throughout the complete process of buying my first property and she was great in every way.  She had much time for me, and on her days off chased and chased and chased everyone from solicitors to my seller.  The customer service Sally provided was 100% and most importantly genuine.  I would definately recommend this company going forward.

Amazing customer service, they get the job done quickly and professionally especially the two young boys who deal with lettings. Extremely happy with the service they provided and they are very understanding and friendly people.

Really bad at repairs and communication. Had no heating or hot water in house for 3 days (we have a baby of 8mths). They seem to fob you off and not be bothered. They haven't even offered to supply us with an alternative for heating!
Boiler has been playing up for while as well!!😡😡😡
