I have rented a 2 bed house through 2-Move for the last two years. From viewing to ending my tenancy I’ve had no problems at all. We all know rental properties can be a dive but after a bit of paint to suit my taste the house was great. Massive shout out to Alison who has always been at the end of the phone, helped me and shared my sense of humour! The only reason I’m leaving is to go to a more suitable property, otherwise I would be staying. Thank you 2-Move for the easiest tenancy I’ve ever held.
My daughter and her partner have rented through 2 move for the past couple of years. They had experienced various other agents prior to this & as their guarantor I have had to deal with them all at various times. I can say without hesitation that 2 Move are far and away the best, most courteous, conscientious & helpful by a country mile. Any issues are dealt with swiftly & communication is fantastic. Makes such a change in the property world!
Have rented a property for over 8 years which was managed by the 2move team, mostly by Alison S. Alison has been outstanding over these years and has always actioned any queries promptly and will always keep me up to date with any progress. She has a great disposition and professional manner nothing is too much trouble for her. Thanks Alison for all your assistance over the years Gary
I highly recommend to anyone in need of an estate agent, to get in contact with 2-Move. I have moved home a few times now, and met quite a few estate agents, and this was the first time I've been incredibly impressed with the level of service I received. I met Chris and Alison on the recent sale of my house, straight away I liked their friendly manner, and professionalism, they clearly knew what they were talking about. I had no hesitation selling with them, and throughout the process, I was given helpful advise, fantastic communication, and they went above and beyond with matters that I needed help with outside of their responsibilities. Not once did I feel that they were just out to get their commission, but for the first time ever, I felt that they were always doing what was right for me. If you're selling, get in contact with them, you won't be disappointed. Many thanks to Chris and Alison, keep up the good work.
Chris has been amazing. Our situation was not straight forward. Chris was always there to advise us on the best course of action. He was always at the end of the phone to offer support and guidance. He was professional but at the same time caring and thoughtful to all parties. Thank you for all your hard work and for helping us to achieve the house we wanted. I have been using 2move for about 2019. When I am happy with a service I stay with it. The team is hard working and strive do the best for the tenants as well at the landlords. My favorite part of 2-move is the customer service. That is the key value that makes me stay with someone. If I had a property I would trust them. Once the you have given them your property. It is not on.the rent market for long which I find impressive. As a.tenant I have to keep an eye on there website as it is.always changing. As a tenant I am listened to.
Recently sold my property with 2Move, I met with Chris who was very friendly and professional. Thanks to Chris and his team the sale went smoothly, they kept in touch throughout and were very prompt with replies. Surprised to see some of the poor ratings on Google for 2move Gravesend. We sold our house with 2move in January 2015 and found them to be fantastic. Selling and buying a house is always going to be stressful, but I found 2move to be very professional, patient and brilliant communicators. I would not hesitate to recommend 2move to anyone. The only thing I would suggest is not to use their recommended solicitors, but them as estate agents were very good.
One of the best estate agents I've ever dealt with. Alison is an absolute lovely lady and always ensured she helped me with everything. They were so understanding through lockdown. I would give less stars if I could! Booked a viewing for somewhere at 6pm, the latest they could do and my other half had to leave work early to make it on time. Got there at 5.50pm, missed at call at 6.03pm from the person we were supposed to be meeting. She left a voicemail asking us to call her urgently and provided a number. Called and surprise surprise, it was their office number which automatically goes to voicemail after 6pm. Stuck around another 10 minutes in case and no one turned up. Never got an apology from the woman! Finally got to see the flat the following day and discovered they had used photos from a different property so the interior looked completely different. We had a question regarding a pet in the property and never received an answer. Said the landlord never answers his phone etc etc. we gave up asking as we had called every 2 days for about 2 weeks with the same reply. We gave up and looked elsewhere but never told them that. The same flat has been reduced in price 5 weeks after we initially inquired - they can't reduce the price without the landlord's agreement so they have clearly been in touch and been far too lazy to contact us - a couple clearly very interested as we put up with them not turning up to viewings and was calling them regularly! Just awful service. Lazy buggers, the lot of them.
