horrible agency! please avoid! staff is nice at the beginning, however as soon as you sign a contract there will be no help, at the end of tenancy they will try to deduct as much as possible from your deposit! very unprofessional, not helpful, with no respect to customer. I've rented for many years with different agencies and Orange is the WORST!!!!

Disgusting service, leaving me in a property full of mould and leaks, also the staff member that works there named ‘ Elleese Mason’ giving out my personal details to people, not professional and not confidential at all! Deffo DO NOT rent a property from orange!!

What a terrible company with possibly the poorest customer service skills I have ever encountered in my adult years. Avoid at all costs, unless of course you like to deal with rude, bad mannered, unprofessional individuals who like to rent out property that is unfit to live in.

I don't normal write reviews but I would just like to say how lovely Caroline is at the Gravesend branch. I have only booked 2 viewings with her and already I can tell how friendly and amazing they are there. Thank you so much Caroline :)
