Good deal on cocktails. Has a decent outside sitting area - particularly nice for sitting out in the sun!
Food is good for the price. Disappointed to have to pay for cheese in a burger though, and not asked how I wanted it cooked. Drinks fair priced and good pub quiz!

One of the more upmarket establishments on Portswood Road. It's a nice bar but drinks are on the expensive side. 15% student discount only partially mitigates that. Inside it's a nice open space with two pool tables.
Loved it. Lovely little pub helped me book things with them for a surprise birthday party and helped me out with disabled parking to stay more that two hours so people could come! Lovely drinks and reasonably priced too. A party of 14 so they even sectioned off the back for us. They were amazing
Now its quieter I much prefer this bar, although the bar and tables could do with a wipe got drink all over the sleeve of my new jacket I got for Christmas
Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Food was served quick, presented nicely, tasted lovely and was as nice as expected. Really calm atmosphere inside considering it was 8pm on a Saturday. Really would recommend this place
