I cannot praise the customer service at the Chorley branch of WH Smith highly enough. On two occasions my queries have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. The manageress at least I think she is the manageress and if she isn’t she ought to be has gone beyond the call of duty to assist me. The staff I have met have been courteous, helpful and polite. It is refreshing to come across such good customer service.
Staff of the original post office, now jobs at risk from wh smith purchase on franchise basis. Shame to hear that for the long serving staff, probably downsize the service also. Plans?
WHSmith staff really unhelpful nowhere near as many magazines anymore. I would say they will go bang soon. Way behind other retailers and dam expensive.
