I cannot praise the customer service at the Chorley branch of WH Smith highly enough. On two occasions my queries have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. The manageress ( at least I think she is the manageress and if she isn’t she ought to be) has gone beyond the call of duty to assist me. The staff I have met have been courteous, helpful and polite. It is refreshing to come across such good customer service.
