Welcome to the official Facebook Page for Something Special in Horwich, Bolton.

Story

Here at Something Special we have over 20 years experience in providing an excellent service. We cater for brides to be, bridesmaids, flower girls, evening wear and prom wear. Adults sizes available from 6/28. Also stocking a wide range of headdresses and veils.
We have intricate sewing skills so are able to alter the dresses.
All year round there is plenty of sale items in stock.

After purchasing my wedding gown it needed alteration. I was apprehensive because of the complex lace detailing to the hem. Margaret was very vigilant professional and completed the alteration within an amazing time scale!!! So so pleased I couldn't tell at all that anything had been taken in and the lace that had to be removed and re sewn was just perfect I couldn't see how on earth she had managed to do it so perfectly! The interior is also beautiful, upon entering the shop it feels very luxurious. Thank you so much would definitely come again.

Brilliant service! I wasn't able to shop for my wedding dress during normal shop opening hours because of work commitments but Margaret arranged to keep the shop open for me one weekday night (a service which other shops charge for). She helped pick out my dress and did several alterations including adding buttons down the back and adding straps. I couldn't recommend this shop enough.
