As if the tea is not delicious and unique enough, the customer service offered at the store could make you a brand advocate. The knowledge Ross shared with me about wide variety of tea was very appreciated as well.
Had a fantastic visit here today. Aside from taste testing some of the products, the staff were awesome enough to demonstrate one the tea infusers to us which was practically magical, and let us taste test that tea as well . The tea is superb. The staff are fantastic and knowledgeable. I will be visiting again .

She was incredibly knowledgeable about Whittard's tea varieties and took the time to understand my preferences before making recommendations. I discovered a new favorite blend that I wouldn't have found on my own. If you're in need of guidance when it comes to tea selection, Hannah is your go-to! Hannah & Holly's friendly demeanor made the whole experience delightful. Highly recommend :
This is my number one choice of tea brand in the UK. I love the flavours, the tasting in the shop, the elegant designs of the mugs and tins. You may find a large collection of house blended tea selection, different types of coffee beans, and even biscuits and chocolate in the shop. They offer a take-away coffee and hot chocolate service as well.
Top specialist in tea and coffee. Whittard has a very wide variety of teas to suit many different tastes. As a frequent customer, I would recommend their own 1886 blend black tea, earl grey, afternoon tea one of their best flavoured black teas, jasmine and white tea with a flavour of white chocolate are all exceptional. Whittard also has a selection of coffees and hot chocolates to buy. You can even try samples of most of their products in store, which is very convenient for making a right choice. I found 10% Student discount was helpful to save a bit of money. Finally, there is a variety of equipment for tea, including pots. Those are of visibly good quality
Served by Ella. Very helpful and explained the different teas. Great service - got to tell several tasters and given 2 free samples with my tea purchase. Whittard is incredible and will refund any tea that you don't like! What great service.
