Lindt is one of the best chocolate shops I have ever visited. You will, without a doubt be mesmerised by the class and style with which they present their chocolates. They boast a collection of exotic assorted chocolates that are mostly exclusive to their brand. They have a wide array of flavours and the collections come in different sizes and prices. It is highly recommended that you sign up for a member before purchasing anything , as there will be a significant price reduction in doing so. I purchased a good deal of chocolates which varies from truffles to candy bars.

I've been here a couple times on 2 different trips to Manchester. The first time, it was lovely. A man was handing out free samples and everyone was lovely. The store wasn't that busy. I think we were the only ones there. It is a tiny store, though. The second visit. It was crowded and we were not approached for service at all. But that's okay. The selection was good. Not as varied as the first visit, but I did find a lot of flavours I don't see back in Canada or in stores elsewhere, like blood orange, champagne, Irish cream, etc. I'm just happy I was able to bring them back home as a gift for my mom. The price is not bad for what you get. I'll be going back.

This review is late as my partner and myself visited about a month ago. We had an incredible experience with two of the staff members- Halima hope this is spelt correctly! and Colby. Halima was incredibly social and lovely helping us find flavours we haven't tried and finding us the best deals for new products she was lovely. Colby was also so approachable and taught us about the cocoa beans that are displayed on the til and how much chocolate can be made from them. We then spotted a flavour we hadn't seen and colby fave us one each as a sample. We had a great experience and will definitely be back when we next visit Manchester! Both an absolute credit to the store! X

Fantastic shop! The staff were really helpful, very friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my purchases! The shop was incredibly clean and tidy. Plenty of choice from. A chocolate lover would enjoh this shop. I love the pick and mix and the selection of bunnies and Easter products. Ill definitely be visiting again

This is a wonderful shop with everything available in the Lindt range, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. So many flavours of Lindor are available, and the Espresso one is very very good and my personal favourite. Go on treat yourself.

I've been a regular visitor to the Lindt shop in Manchester Arndale, but my recent experience truly stood out thanks to Rukhsar's exceptional service. She went above and beyond, offering the loyal scheme and providing friendly, informative, and attentive assistance throughout my visit.  Despite knowing I shouldn't indulge in chocolate too often, Rukhsar's excellent service makes me want to visit more frequently. It's rare to encounter such dedication and warmth in customer service these days, and she certainly made my day brighter.  Thank you, Rukhsar, for making my Lindt shopping experience memorable. I'll definitely be back soon!  Needless to say, I think Lindt is the best chocolate you can find in Manchester, even it's not from the UK.
