Very rude staff.  I've been in a few times to drop if Hermes parcels and on each occasion the staff were rude in the way they spoke.   I went in again to drop of a parcel and same attitude.   I won't use them again.  No time for people with such a bad attitude.   I actually didn't even want to give them 1 star.  Shame there isn't a zero rating.

OMG please don’t go here and think it’s a old type store with lots of chocolates on display it is nothing like, Gutted

This particular Thorntons store is a true gem! There is always a great deal to be had and they also have a great range of cards and gifty bits as well.

Lovely little shop with a nice selection of chocolates, greeting cards, and an impressive display of Yankee Candles. Smells heavenly!

Can be over priced but it's saving grace for me it's about one of the only places outside Scotland that sell scotish Tablet.
