Buyer beware!!! They sold me a box full of expired drinks. Some expired months ago. I’m disabled and don’t have a huge income so this was a rare treat. So disappointed and to be exposed to more physical pain in case of food poisoning, on top of the multiple bed binding conditions I have is just cruel. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! And if you do, check the expiry date. I’m lucky my carer checked it though it was too late, I’d drank an expired drink. Scammers.
The rude woman there did not accept my return parcel for The North Face. It was just a light weight box, but they said it was big... If they do not want to accept the parcels, simply do not take the job! Waste of time going there.
No words for the lack of costumer service. Went to send a parcel, I mentioned that I have a QR code. The man made an issue of the fact that is not a QR code but a label. When I said it’s ok showed him what I have and asked him if that’s what’s is needed. He Said “yes that’s a Label AND IM TRYING TO EDUCATE YOU” followed by asking me to leave the store because he wouldn’t take my parcel. Screamed and everything because it wasn’t a QR code? Rude and Racist. Wash little shop
if i could put one star, i would. one of my parcels was sent here, all i needed to collect was a form of ID and my email confirmation evri/hermes. they tell me i need a QR code, which is completely untrue, evri do not operate this way. i tried my very best to reach out to everyone i could - who i bought the parcel from, evri themselves - to get a QR code, and they both told me all i needed was my ID and email confirmation. the customer service even sent an email to show to the staff at over the rainbow, but they are so unreasonable they won’t give you the time of day or listen to logic. most but not all of the staff are rude and disagreeable and they won’t hand over my parcel, despite the fact i will get charged a fee if it goes uncollected. never known a situation like it. both companies have confirmed they are wrong yet they won’t listen nor will they show any good will whatsoever. AVOID THIS PLACE like the plague.
The seller is very rude and he doesn’t know how to behave, there is no need to scream when your client ask you to do smth. He should fix his behaviour.
Do not buy your e cigs from here im not happy atall bought 2 mr blues & got home scanned the code & they both came up fake!!! What a scam!!!! Going try get money back if not im reporting them to trading standards! SCAMMERS
Awesome shop I always calling here when I'm in the city centre to pick up a blueberry Kit Kat The staff are so nice helpful The shop is not cheap but American sweets are not cheap I think my kitkat is 1 pound 79 and a bag of sweets is around 3 pounds for the American ones but there is a stand with uk sweets where you can get 2 bags for one pound
I love this shop, the disposable vapes are so well priced and the people running it are really sweet.
If I could rate this shop a zero stars I would. The rudest and most horrible shop owners I have ever encountered. Disgusting behaviour and language used by the man that works there. He clearly takes enjoyment from refusing to do parcel collection for no reason and lying about it not being there, making you wait whilst he conducts personal business just for a power play- it’s pathetic. Avoid this store at all costs it’s over priced, can’t even run a basic parcel collection service and has no conception of customer service or even how to speak to another human being.
AVOID!!!! Staff are abusive and rude! Made a mistake on their side with my parcel and didn’t want to take responsibility. Swearing and chasing me out the shop because they’d rather serve other customers.
