Lovely tea, coffee, cakes and sandwiches, though the environment is rather humdrum and would definitely benefit from a facelift.  Regardless, if you're​ in town and fancy something to eat and drink you could do a lot worse than Druckers.

The service is excellent with kind professional staff. The downside of this shop is that the interior looks like, what I can only describe as, an old people's home from the 1960s in some southern part of a third world country. The lemon cheesecake I ordered had the consistency of actual jelly and the lemon was barely favourable. At £3.10 each for a slice of cheesecake, with about 5 metres of actual cheesecake from the base of it, I'd give it a 2/10.

I usually love druckers but sadly this one wasn't so good. It wasn't too busy, but I was waiting behind a customer and for 5 minutes I wasn't even acknowledged. Not even a hello, ill be with you in a minute. Just nothing. I was tempted to walk off but thought I'd stick it out. Ordered food and the man at the till wasn't very pleasant either. Got food and crossiant was dry and tasted like it had been there a while. On the other hand cheesecake tasted nice but felt like I was eating something totally artificial.  I've rated as 2 as I was so disappointed in somewhere I like to go and do often. Disappointing experience. I understand why it looked quiet now. I'm so disappointed I want to rate it a 1 but think unfair reflection on other places too.

Workers looked depressed to be there, plus the coffee station was a mess. Manager looked like he was having a bad day and his staff's incompetence seemed to be the reason. Had a Giotto and the plastic wasn't even removed from it, just plonked on a plate. My partners chocolate soy frap wasn't good but my fruit smoothie tasted nice and fresh, not something which came from a bottle. Won't be going back.

Service is always excellent here. The coffee is good and cakes are very good. As a constructive feedback I would think a little brightening up of the place would be very useful and make it more interesting to visit

I love it here, staff are so friendly and always make sure you're food is served at a high standard. One of our croissants came a bit burned and we immediately got offered a different one.

Purchased a Groupon voucher with 4 slice cake away. Staff were lovely, polite and professional especially the lady with the dark hair didn't get her name who went the extra mile to get me the cake i wanted which wasn't on display.

Appauled purchased a groupon voucher and travelled from warrington to manchester to have afternoon tea with my daughter reached there &  got turned away and got told we need to pre book but on their website there is no mention of pre booking. The staff were not even willing to accomodate us such bad customer service and information. They can stick their vouchers where the sun doesn't shine wont be going there again. Totaly disgusted with the service...

A really nice cafe with a good selection of sandwiches, cakes, teas and coffees. Nice and quiet, more like a traditional cafe rather than a more popular brand. Friendly staff and good service too
