Visited today with six friends while walking a loop from the coast path. A very friendly welcome, two tables cleared immediately and pushed together. We ordered food and drink separately, but the orders went to the kitchen at the same time ensuring we were all served together. Good honest food, nobody was disappointed - and good value. A small selection of well kept beers cider etc. Rachael was our very attentive host and seemed to be ably running the place herself - with a continual smile. A great find and highly recommended.

Really grear customer service, friendly and helpful. Delicious food on he works portions at affordable. 17 of us sat down and everyone enjoyed their meal and many comments were are on how delicious the food was and excellent value. Thank you for a fabulous evening 👍😎❤

Quick service and very tasty food. I had the steak and fuggle pie which I recommend. There are light bite options on the menu offering great value meals at a smaller size than the main dish. Ideal in my opinion if you want to leave room for pudding (I Did!). There is also a good range of side options with most of the applicable meals including chips, mash, New potatoes and vegetables or peas. The chips are especially good in my opinion. Staff were friendly and the food come out in a very reasonable time even though the pub was busy.

Spur of the moment booking. Amazing food with high quality ingredients and great presentstion. Fantastic vibe and brilliantly welcoming staff. A very happy customer indeed.
