It's a nice place to take a rest after a walk towards the lighthouse, parking is provided and the pub is also accessible with a wheelchair. This is a old pub/inn and if you like that thing than you will enjoy it. Staff are very friendly and the food is okay. When I visited certain things of the menu were sold out at 1900hrs (cod for example). The new management team hasn't been there long so they might have to get used to stock levels. I will return in a few months and see what it is like then.

Beautiful old pub which has just been refurbished with a great menu. The food was outstanding in my opinion. Great pub classics cooked with care and a touch of class. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone for a nice treat or special celebration. Top marks.

We visited this location with our dog. Parked in the car park and took the dog down to the local beach (Reath Bay) quiet beach... sand and rock pools. But not a location for anyone that that is not able to, or willing to, go over rocks and stone to reach the beach. Fab beach though. Afterwards we had lunch at the pub... great meal, roaring log fire and lovely people. I recommend this location the pub highly (we were out of season).

After a truly horrific Sunday lunch (and not receiving any check back etc). I wrote a TripAdvisor review. The Buddle choose to respond and say a check back had occurred because we were given the extra potatoes we requested. This is an entirely fictional account - no extra spuds no check back. So not only is the food horrible, the people running it are liars - avoid.
