We got there after a very steep downhill. Dissent in our car parked in the car park. Went in with there about 5 to 2 though. Then closing ,but they were kind enough ,to do us a breakfast, and coffee and it was very very good. If you're ever down there ,pop in ,get some food. It's one of the best breakfasts we've had. Sausage ,bacon, egg, hash browns, tomatoes mushrooms, and beans toast, table service. The staff are really lovely, friendly, makes you feel welcome all the while. Highly recommend it x
The staff are so pleasant as ever but the food was pretty poor well cooked but poor ingredients , basically restaurant prices for cheap cafe food . Omlette tasty but the only hot fresh fish option odd as the place is right next to the fish stall was fish and chips ..£16 so expected something good - 70% batter and a very small amount of fish which was thin and bland served with previously frozen thick fries not real chips. Real shame as the staff seemed great, the arrival of a chain food delivery lorry gave away where the ingredients come from.
If you don't mind a slight wait for the freshly cooked meals, it is certainly worth it. We had the haddock and chips, the fish was so fresh, beautifully cooked and served, I would highly recommend. The staff were helpful, polite, and friendly.
Great views, inside and outside seating, very attentive staff, nice food and drink options. Alternate breakfast options, well cooked wholesome meal. A bit pricey than average place but considering this in the island makes justifiable. In summer let the kids play in lido and enjoy drinks/food in the cafe outdoor area.
Lovely little spot, right on the seafront. Plenty of seating. Plenty of staff and all friendly.nThe food was lovely and tasty. Took a while for my toast to come out but nowhere is perfect.nWe sat outside, and it was clean and the tables were cleared in a good time around us... inside was clean and tidy too. Facilities were checked on and also clean. All around a great first visit.
