Great pub. A few good Ales and a really friendly atmosphere. Welcoming to locals and tourists with some interesting memorabilia everywhere you look! In our opinion it's the best pub in Ventnor, possibly the island.

Visiting my family in Ventnor, they were very keen to take me to one of their favourite places. Hospitality is wonderful and generous. Atmosphere is very relaxed. No children under 18 allowed though.

Popped in for a sandwich and as usual got a warm welcome, love coming here, food is freshly prepared, the place is very popular. Whilst waiting there is so much to see , the place is anything or everything that promotes Great Britain and patriotism. Staff genuinely care about you & toilets clean and tidy, we recommend it to all our visitors,
