Nice local pub. The people are friendly enough. Busy in all areas. Buses to Leeds over the road. Prices are okay.Food: 4/5
Called in for a couple of drinks on a Saturday afternoon. Pleasant enough although they need a better glass wash machine as my glass was very marked. Looked mucky but wasn't I hope. Toilets were clean just a shame the old fella with a stick didn't use them. He decided to pee in the beer garden.
There should kids living pub un healthy for and friendly staffAtmosphere: 5/5
Friends local pub.Not too crowded during the week. Monday to Thursday 10am to 6pm John Smiths strongbow carlsberg fosters £2 a pint at the momentService: 4/5
The pub is alright but it definitely seems like a place suited to older people. Music isn't bad and the karaoke is fun. There is a range of drinks but they are lacking some staple drinks. All in all a good pub for a drink but is more suited to older people.
Good boozers pub, cheap beer. Friendly staff with very casual local atmosphere in 3 downstairs rooms, one large room and 2 smaller rooms. Loads of sport on at least 4 large screens, different sports on every screen. Private seating and smoking area to the rear of the pub. In walking distance to lots of shops, bus stops and a taxi rank.
Always a pleasure to do the carpets here This is still a real pub with Good owners & staff with original values of what a pub should be like
Great place to socialise, listen to music and watch TV - and especially sports
Multiple sports screen venue, DJ and karaoke Friday and Saturday, very well priced, clean toilets, sun trap beer garden at the rear. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere
Lovely pub but my other half said there were a group of men of around 50ish were taking coke in the toilets on 3 separate nights this week
