Went to this place for a lunch en route to Hull. The decore has seen better days and the staff were far from friendly maybe because I was NOT from Yorkshire. I ordered a sandwich on brown bread together with a steakwich without mushrooms I explained that my companion was allergic to mushrooms. I got a sandwhich on stale white bread and a steakwich with mushrooms. My complaints about this where met with total indifference. A place to be avoided like the plague!!!!!!!!
Shocking service, one staff on bar on a Sunday while ten plus people waiting to be served. As other staff just wandered about. Took over an hour for meals to arrive, then to be told they didn't have what we ordered, then another half hour to get reorded meals. Finally arrived and half of it was cold. Spoke to manager and seemed far from bothered. Also looked like toilets hadn't been cleaned since it opened. Avoid at all costs!!!
Easily one of the worst pubs/bars have been in. The food is your usual microwaved/reheated pub dross. More atmosphere on the moon and the beer is very basic. All in all if you want a nice friendly pub avoid.
worst food ive ever had.undercooked chicken.And to top it off.They refused to change my daughters drink,saying"it tastes fine to me"!!.wont be going back,even if it was free.
I love Aire of the dog, and it's my favourite restraunt ever!
Nice food, friendly staff and good price's!
