Service Done RightnnI called HENDY Dacia Ferndown to have a service book replaced and stamp for my 24 plate Stepway after it was lost!nnI had the pleasure in talking to KIMBERLEY service manager and what a breath of fresh air she was! Iv owned 5 different Dacia's over the past 15 years and I have talked to many members of the service department over the years in lots f different dealerships and I can say without a shadow of doubt KIMBERLEY is the friendliest and most helpful person I have spoken to in all that time! It was nice to get through to the service department directly and not redirect to Dacia's call centre! Having explained my issue with my service book KIMBERLEY totally understood my situation! I also wanted some information on a Dashcam that I had seen on the Dacia website. She posted my Stamped service book out to me the very next day with a printout showing all the information I had asked about. She had also included other options for Dashcams with pricing! I just wish all Dacia service centre staff were as helpful and friendly!nnThank you so much...

I recently purchased a beautiful car from Kieron and Ben, they were nothing but fantastic answering questions and made the overall buying experience stress free and perfect. Thank you both so much! I wouldn’t go anywhere else than Hendy now, such a great place to purchase the right car.

I am sad to say, my wife and I are very disappointed with our recent experience at Hendy Dacia Ferndown. Over the past week, we visited the site three times and emailed Kieron regarding two Dacia Dusters we were interested in. We scheduled a test drive for 04/06/2026 at 4pm with Kieron. Upon our timely arrival, Kieron was with another couple, and another salesperson was available. We were shown to the waiting area and offered coffee. We had rearranged our day for this appointment. After waiting 45 minutes, we were informed that both vehicles had been sold earlier that day. This resulted in a wasted trip to Ferndown and a significant wait before returning home. Given our scheduled appointment, previous visits, and provided contact details, we would have appreciated a courtesy call if the cars were no longer available, even shortly before our arrival.  Clearly customer care comes after Sales.

I had a great experience with Hendy Dacia Ferndown recently when my car went in for a service, MOT, and to fix an issue.nKimberley was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, and her communication was excellent—she kept us informed every step of the way, which made the whole process stress-free.nThe team worked swiftly to sort the problem, and the service and MOT were completed quickly and efficiently.nI wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them—fantastic service all round!

Kieron was excellent from start to finish in the purchase of our Dacia Jogger. His knowledge and friendly presence made the whole experience a breeze. Following purchase, his ongoing support with a few niggles have been very good, and his frequency with which he provides us updates is greatly appreciated.
