I just wanted to say a big thank you to Sam Sheppard at Dacia, Ferndown. He has been amazing and communicated all the time with when my new car would arrive and went through everything. I felt very relaxed and at ease with it all. I also wanted to say that Alex- manager at Dacia at Ferndown, sorted out any concerns or problems I had. Thank you again. I am loving my new car!!

What an amazing service!!  I have to say I was somewhat blown away. Keiron was absolutely brilliant. From going through all the paperwork, having the test drive and then helping me decide which colour and car I would like!!  I couldn't fault them on anything and would not want to.  I also could not believe how quickly everything happened, as a week later I went back to collect my new car!!  One very happy customer! Thank you so much.

I bought a Mercedes a class from Sam Shepherd at Hendy Dacia and he was brilliant. Such easy service and he got the car ready for pick up within 3 days. Thank you to you and your manager for the added extras it is much appreciated.

Picked up our last of 5 Dacia Jogger Hybrids to use on our taxi fleet in Weymouth, Brendan Cookman was the consummate professional in the whole process.  Would I recommend? Yes? Would I buy again? Yes.

I found the interaction and communication with Sam @ Ferndown excellent, he was very knowledgable, kept in contact and treated us with respect at all times, a perfect example of excellent customer interaction.
