Very professional and trustworthy company. Made the whole process of buying a new car very simple and straightforward. Simon had many wise words of advice and guidance and was always very prompt when replying to emails. Ella was particularly helpful too when it came to showing us the ropes with the new car. Very pleased with our new purchase too!
Had absolute pleasure dealing with Hendy Poole. Our sales advisor was Dan Miles, He is a friendly, kind, professional who took us through the sale of our new car. Sadly we had to wait longer for parts, and to get the vehicle. That was due to COVID-19 and the state of affairs in the world. Dan, communicated every step of the way. There was never a moment I was made to feel bad for checking in. Also Lee was very helpful, kind and understanding. The staff here don't just care about the sales but the customers too. That's rare, being in sales all my life, I appreciate good customer service. This is "excellent" customer service. Thank you for my new car and for being amazing.
Peter Morawiec one of the sales executives at the Poole Dacia/Renault branch was absolutely amazing, went in to have a look at a couple of cars with my mum who has a disability and so needs a certain type of car and Peter was so helpful and just a lovely guy in general. Just gave us all the info, had a lovely chat with us and found us a car which were really happy with and will be booking a viewing and a test drive sometime soon. Highly recommend Peter as his service was impeccable, I don't leave reviews but the service he gave prompted me to this time, will definitely be back to see him the next time we're looking for a new car.
We arrived without an appointment didn't even know this was required on a Saturday but they managed to find someone to talk to us. Simon guided us through the process and I am now excitedly awaiting the delivery of my car in 6 months. Plus Points - The process was easy and there was not too much paperwork to process. Less positive points - absolutely freezing and windy in the showroom when doing the paperwork as we were right by the doors. Wear a coat.
Brendan was excellent. He kept us informed of the progress of our new cars at every opportunity. He was highly professional but also very personable. A real credit to the Hendy brand. Would highly recommend him and the team. Thanks.
We visited Dacia Poole with the intention of looking at a Duster that was a few years old. I had recently had an accident & my car was written off - we didn't know whether to get an older car I could buy outright or a newer car looking more to the future. We were approached by a young man called Cameron who asked us what we were looking for & we showed him a bronze coloured Duster we liked the look of & he got us the key so we could have a look at it & arranged for us to take it for a test drive. He was very professional, helpful & knowledgeable. He went through all our options with finance & additional cover we could add like GAP insurance - explaining it in great detail so we could understand fully. We didn't feel pressurised at any point & we were able to go away & think about it. We phoned later advising what our budget was & how much deposit we could put down. Although Cameron wasn't going to be in work the next day he told us a gentleman called Lee would contact us with our best options. We were called as promised the following day & my husband was very happy that we could afford the car we had test driven as he liked the unusual bronze colour as well as the spec. We were able to return the next day & see Cameron to finalise everything & again he went through everything with us & even helped us do the road tax. The most amazing thing to us was until the manager mentioned Cam was new we would never have guessed. He was so informative & knowledgeable with every aspect of the car & the whole process was made easy for us. Thank you to Cameron & everyone at Dacia Poole & wishing you all a very Happy Christmas & all the success for 2023.
Very friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure on picking options and what to include or exclude. Everything explained fully. Very pleased with the car and would recommend using the Dacia Dealership to anyone.
I just want to personally thank Dan for all his help, although we didn't end up purchasing though this dealer didn't have colour we wanted in stock he went above and beyond to help us. He was kind courteous and a pleasure to deal with! Would highly recommend! Thanks again
So far so good, I have been dealing with Jamie and Simon to buy 6 Dacia Sendero's for my business which are due to us in January. The communication and care that they have shown has been excellent. I have personally worked in the motor trade for more than 15 years and would definitely recommend the team at Hendy Poole.
Hendy staff are always very professional, friendly and efficient. My recent purchase has been seamless from start, Jack Reynolds, to finish, Ella Pearman. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a new or second hand car.
