This is quite frankly the most appalling, incompetent excuse for a GP surgery I have ever had the misfortune to come across. I’m new to the area and registered and have not yet being able to get an appointment because their booking system is farsical - they don’t book appointments into the future. You have to cal up everyday at 8am (not practical when you work and / or are I’ll) and hope you can book an appointment for 2 days in advance. The reception staff are rude and also break data protection law. One of them got my anonymous feedback from out of the suggestion box and phoned me to challenge me about it. Do yourself a favour and register elsewhere, as I will be doing

Registered online with the GP. Rang a few weeks later when I needed to see someone and was told my details hadn't been registered, so I needed to come in again. They then said it'd take a few days for them to input my details  (it wasn't a long form and could have been done there & then...). Rang up a few days later at 8am and they didn't have anything left for the same day, and if I wanted anything after 4.30pm I'd have to ring up two weeks beforehand at 8am. Got through at 8.05am and they didn't have any late appointments left for two weeks time, so I'd have to wait another two weeks. At this point I just have up and went to a walk-in centre.

My call was answered promptly at 0903 today and provided clear information on best time to call for Monday appointments. Clean and new inside and out. Professional staff.

If you are a member of LGBT+, please avoid this practice. I have been with them since 09/2015. When I started transitioning on March 2016 they have been dragging me back and forth for moths to change my name and title. They have been breaking multiple laws, such as confidentiality, refusing to change my title although I provided all the supporting documents, refusing to change my gender marker and NHS Number (which resulted on me being addmitted to female wards and treated as such), refusing appropriate referrals and prescriptions when needed, refusing to book telephone appointments when it is only at times 10.01 saying it's too late, and finally denying an appropriately written sick note to support my benifit claim, and the Dr litterally told me to go find a job it will be benifitial for me. I have been working all my life and paying my taxes, and due to both my mental and physical health deteriorating I have to stop working and even couldn't look after my own kids whom one of them is disabled. They have no regards as to people's physical disability, and force you to show up to book appointments or request a repeat prescription. Also their cooperation with Lloyds pharmacy is extremely poor. Appointments to see a Dr are ranging between 2 weeks to a month. I don't know why they bother opening a practice and work there when staff are clearly not happy to deal with patients and talk rudely to people.

Dreadful. Rang for two days during my breaks to get an appointment but no one answers the phone! Two week wait for an appointment. When finally got to see a doctor sent immediately to hospital. Saw nurse the following week who said the doctor needed to speak to me. Went to reception to book a telephone call from him, it was 10.05 was told too late it was after 10.00 I must wait until Monday! Receptionist had ignored me for 8 minutes had she bothered When I arrived I could have got my telephone consultation. Nurse confirmed I have another chest infection on top of my asthma but as doctor wants to speak to me I can't have anti biotics until then, it's now Friday and I can't speak with him until Monday. This will no doubt end up with my being admitted to hospital again over the weekend! The Drs and nurses are ok here but the reception staff need to spend more time seeing to patients and less clanking coffee cups around the back! If they do keep people waiting a simple apology would help all I have ever got was "I have been on the phone I can't stand here waiting for people all day" obviously a guilty conscience as I did not say a word!
