Is it possible to give this surgery a zero rating? If youre thinking of moving to this practice DONT. I have had the worst and most frustrating experiences here. Where do i start... 1. Getting an appointment is mission impossible. 2. Receptionist staff are rude, unprofessional and incompetent. First of all there is a receptionist who does not speak clear english to a level that can be understood, THIS WOMAN SHOULD NOT BE WORKING ON THE TELEPHONES ARRANGING APPOINTMENTS FOR THE PUBLIC! Someone on reception rang my house phone and passed on test results to a family member. 3. I have turned up for appointments to be told they have been cancelled. 4. Long waits: You'll be waiting at least 30minutes before you get seen. 5. I had an illness and was dismissed by the doctor who said, "Well look look fine to me." And this is not the first time i have had my problems dismissed. Honestly nothing positive to say about this practise and i am in the process of changing surgery.

I went to this surgery which is my local surgery after I was crossing a nearby road and all of a sudden experience crippling pain in my back. I went in to seek assistance as I could not walk without falling over and I could not stand straight. The receptionist could see I was in pain and still made me pull back the glass barrier so that I could talk to her. I explained to her that I couldn't walk or stand up straight and her response was you're supposed to call back at 8 o'clock in the morning. She didn't try to help me or see if there was anyone available who could tend to me as an urgent appointment. I was really insulted and it was only when I said in a stern voice "my back hurts now" that she even bothered to find me a slot with the doctor which was 2 hours later. Service is poor and reception seems to have a "go away and dont bother me" attitude. I can't ring up to book an appointment with my doctor but yet if I go in and ask them verbally they can make me an appointment for me???

Made an appointment twice and both times they mixed up the dates and times and I drove a long way and came to receive poor service and find out I’ve drove all that way for no reason! They also said the nurse called in sick so they could of at least called me and let me know so I didn’t drive such a long way at an important time. I do not recommend this practice!

This is the worst doctor surgery ever. This surgery needs to checked out they are very very unproffessional. Keep away

Reception is very helpful, it's clean. But I only like one doctor she works upstairs. The others are a little stuck up
