You can never get through on phone and when u get an appointment they don’t seem to care and fob u off. I’m pregnant and my son got slapped cheek they wouldn’t even see me so had to go to hospital where the were great. There is only a handful of good doctors and nurses and reception staff are useless!!!

The worst doctors I know they wait until something happens to you then deal with it then it should be struck off as a practice I am moving to a better practice after my nightmare with these

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL VERY VERY BAD YOU CAN NEVER GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE AND IF YOU DO THEY TELL U TO COME IN TO MAKE APPOINTMENT AND WHEN U DO THEY SAY THEY HAVE NOTHING LEFT THE DOCTORS SHOULD LOOK AT THESE REVIEWS AND MAKE CHANGES ESPECIALLY AT THE FRONT DESK !!!!

Unprofessional! Clearly don't care about the care of their patients! On one hand they say to come in and to line up OUTSIDE to make an appointment to be seen on the day - apparently almost guaranteed, then when you do go in that early, it's apparent that they've given most of the slots to pre booked appointments, (which they don't give out to anyone and when asked they say 3 weeks time!) so therefore there are no more than 1? 2? Appointments that day !? No chance of seeing someone the next day with out going through the above ordeal all over again to maybe or maybe not get seen or then to be told there's no apps till 3 weeks time! Nobody goes to the doctors to be seen in 3 weeks time! Clearly not even busy with patients through the day as I've saw several times the waiting room has been empty or has at least one person in it. what is the point of having a GP surgery if you can't get seen when you need to and if they're just going to try and send you to a walk in or A&E!? Who has the time to be waiting several hours when that is for emergencies only!?

I rang up for my 16 year old diabetic sister who was hospitalised on Friday and when the hospital discharged her they said she needed to be seen on Monday I rang at 10am and they said they would call us back they still haven't and now the surgery is closed
