This was a great experience from start to finish to change my vehicle over to a newer one. I had a budget and this was worked around to get me to the best deal possible. Thank you to all staff involved especially Jonathan who was fantastic and answerd all my queries and made me feel at ease driving away in my new car.

Jon smith who dealt with my enquiry from start to finish an absolute credit to his company. He got back to any of my queries, helped me make an purchase as easy and seamless as ever. Honestly such a great guy who’s down to earth and really an outstanding man. Thank you again Jon for the help! Will definitely be recommending him as he was just so good at his job.

Sales staff look after you , I was very well looked after During the choosing and handover of my new car, The Staff "Derek Fardy" and receptionist also took care of me in a friendly and professional manner, highly recommended. A+++++

Well what can I say what a bunch of lovely people. I called up to speek about a mobility car I was transferred and Spoken to Derek took it in hand over the phone less than two week yes 2 weeks  may be longer depending what you wanT HE  got this In for me and on  pick up I walk In with an amazing warm  welcome from the reception and offered a drink to my amazement that's my car in the show room drive it out then when I was in to seeing everyone and signing was welcome to meet the parts service and main management it was a really good experience and it was a warm welcome feeling I wish i went to them before. Also it was nice with follow up call the next day to see how you getting on with the car If your a mobility customer don't go no where else the west way nissan Stourbridge

West Way, and Jonathan in particular, were extremely helpful and made my experience in buying a new car very easy. I was kept well informed and am so pleased with my car. Would highly recommend

Monday 14 November………..re: Westway Showroom   Our name's is Mac and Sue Webster, please let me explain regarding this short note:   We have used Nissan Westway each time we have decided to change our vehicle, the reason being very good service ‘in fact covering 14 years……says it all’.  Today we visited maybe to change our vehicle, we have had a chat with your staff,,, Today your staff were absolutely wonderful, I am going to names Josh Tilt was exemplary as was the lovely lady who made delicious coffee for us.   Thank you again for looking after us. Best wishes to all your staff for the future!

Unfortunately the attention and care shown during the buying process was not reflected in the aftercare service. It took a long time for staff to get back to me with a query I had and when I had an issue with the tyres, I was passed from department to department. Eventually I was told someone would get back to me and they never did. Disappointed with the aftercare service.

Extremely arrogant service staff George.  When I asked why my car is not washed after the service, the conversation ended "You can make a complaint if you want". Its difficult to feel staff unapproachable and un welcoming.

The 2nd time going to nissan in Stourbridge,  I have to travel from South Side of Birmingham and like the last time I have had excellent service from this dealership.  Staff are friendly and they go through everything that's going to be done and returned my van  washed and vacuumed.

I've recently had a problem with my infiniti Q50 air mass sensor etc, I left it with Head Technician and the problem was solved its the best the car has run since owing it and I won't be taking my Q50 any were else, knowledge is really the key.
