Very pleased with the service I received from Tom whilst recently purchasing my T-Roc. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and over all I'm absolutely thrilled with my car. However, I collected my car during the evening and didnt realise until I saw my car in day light the next day, that it was absolutely filthy inside. The car was not just covered in a thick layer of dust, which was also deep in the vents and over the dash, but there was also orange, grease like marks all over the roof of the car on the interior. The seats also have marks on them and the seatbelts have an absolutely awful smell. I was told twice that the car had been cleaned prior to me collecting it, but it appears to of just been hoovered.
Couldn’t recommend this branch enough! Recently been in to get a new car and received top tier service. When we came into branch we were seen by Brad who made me feel so comfortable. He was really friendly and really informative. Brad talked me through the process of part ex and finance options - I had never done it before so I was very nervous - he made sure I understood every step and even when I had questions later on he made himself available to help.nHonestly if your even just looking at getting a new car please pay Brad a visit - 10/10 servicenPs now I’m driving around in my dream car
Visited this showroom today. We were met by Tom Betteridge. This guy was so lovely. He dealt with my elderly Mum in such a lovely way. His manner and approach was so great and he answered all of her questions. The car that we were interested in was very competitively priced. I would totally recommend this place. Tom is a total credit to this company and I will definitely be going back there to buy my next car and will be recommending to all family and friends.

From my first enquiry to the day I collected the car, everything was smooth and well organised.nnEveryone at the branch was warm and welcoming, from the receptionist to the manager, creating a really friendly and professional atmosphere.nnDawid was an outstanding sales representative; knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I was completely happy with my purchase. He took the time to explain everything about electric vehicles in detail, answered all my questions clearly, and kept me informed throughout. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. Had the pleasure of purchasing a new car recenty from Arnold Clark. Was delt with by Tom. He was very friendly and helpful. Made the whole experience extremely enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. Got me sorted without any issues. Would recommend anoyone wanting to buy a car to see Tom. You wont go far wrong!
