I called the dealership and they confirmed an Audi I was interested in was still available and advised me to pay the £99 deposit via their website. I got a call from someone else 10 minutes later and was advised they’ve now sold the car to someone else. This was on Monday and it is now Thursday and there is still no sign of my refund. I would not recommend using Johnsons. I have been advised multiple times this has “been sent to their payments team” but still no refund.

I had a really good experience dealing Volkswagon Stourbridge, in particular Sid who was very helpful and provided really good Customer service. When I arrived at the branch to do a test drive and then other times to fill in paperwork, the rest of the team, along with Sid made me feel very welcome, came and said hello and nothing was too much. Thank you again and I love the car! Would highly recommend.

We bought an ex display car from Johnson Volkswagen Stourbridge, and Shakha was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was so helpful, easy to talk to, and really understanding. She made sure we understood everything and was very knowledgeable. It honestly made the whole experience so much nicer, what a lovely person to deal with. Thank you, Shakha

An absolute pleasure to do business with this dealership . We went in there not knowing what car we wanted we were helped by Tess, she took the time to show us all the models that would be suitable for us. We eventually decided on a T-Cross, she took us on a test drive explaining all the various controls etc. we decided to purchase this car. Thanks to Tess and all the staff for making this such a pleasant experience. We can definitely recommend this dealership as from the start there were no pushy salespeople try to sell. 10/10

What can I say ! What a lovely experience we've had with VW Stourbridge with a complete gentleman Rishi who has dealt with us from start to finish. We have had a fantastic service nothing too much trouble absolutely amazing service.I would 100% recommend VW stourbridge.we are so happy with our new car it's just perfect the whole experience has been faultless .Apart from a lovely service and a lovely man we even got wine and flowers and phone calls on his day off. Thank you again Rishi you are a gem .
