In the process of buying a car from Stourbridge VW as a distant sale. Maya has been fantastic answering all questions asked and meeting all my needs. Made the 340 mile round trim today to sign paperwork and can’t wait for car to be delievered to me. Been a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the great work guys!!

Very poor customer service when my enquiry was dealt with. Sales exec was disinterested, her product knowledge poor, test drive not offered, and never received the promised call back. Have since ordered a GTD online via a broker, not what I intended to do as would rather have supported my local dealership. Very disappointing.

Very good, told the girl I wasn't interested in buying at the moment as I'm looking at a range of manufacturers and choosing my favourite and i wasn't badgered to buy at all

After buying Vauxhall for 38 years I Decided to try VW and can only Say what a great experience it as been so far .VW Stourbridge service I can fully recommend Debbie and Mike were very professional would I go back to Vauxhall NO.

I was a bit apprehensive about using a main dealer as I looked at some of the reviews about this place. This is my first vw after years of Subaru ownership. Ben was the service chap who was very helpful and cheerful. They sent me a video from the workshop with stuff wrong with it. I had a Kwick Fit moment. However, it was not all doom and gloom. The car was ready when I asked for it to be. I’m self employed and can’t not have my car off the road for long and I’m not rich . Ben said good news on the auto gearbox we didn’t have to fit a filter so less than we quoted. The brake work he did a deal and booked me a slot that will take 2 hours while I work at their place with wi fi etc. So there you go, naughty main dealer happy ending, I don’t feel ripped off and well treated. So good job Ben and Russell. Alan Mac
