Rubbish booked a taxi in an hour in advance to be told buy some arse peice call operator that  he hadnt even booked yet after disputting the time it actually was making out both my phone and tv clocks were wrong and if i said anything hed cancel my taxi . To which my response was shove your taxi up ur arse . Use 499111 best taxis in westlothian

Absolute joke of a company phones for a taxi told it would be 5-10 mins. 20 minutes later still no taxi. Phoned again to be told I don't when a taxi will be available. Ended up missing my train to got to the rugby. Joke no apology or anything from them.

Twice I have booked a taxi through the app and they have had no intention of sending one out as there is nobody free. Total joke of a company!

I signed up with WLPH and have used them twice. The drivers were rude and I was over charged. When I phone to ask about this I received very poor customer service and told I'd have to call back. Don't use them.
